In a city rich in history and traditions is this wonderful one-of-a-kind apartment. Located inside a historic building, it is accessed through a restored 1700 door, as soon as you enter you can glimpse a wonderful, very well-kept condominium garden that enjoys a surreal silence given the centrality of the building, but here we are inside the house. Once inside, a spacious living room with designer furnishings and a 65" flat-screen TV will open up before you, with a frescoed ceiling over three meters high that gives you an air of times gone by, complete with two sofas by a well-known designer, a living area with a beautiful table and comfortable chairs where you can eat with friends or family.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all the comforts that will allow you to organize lunches and dinners in complete serenity. The bathrooms are also an oasis of relaxation, in the first there is a comfortable walk-in shower and in the other there is a tub where you can relax after a busy day. The two bedrooms are very spacious suites with designer furnishings in search of "perfection". One bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with walk-in closet and 55" flat screen TV.
The other bedroom has two single beds from a well-known designer that can easily become a double bed. This room also has a flat-screen TV and a large custom-made wardrobe to store your personal belongings.
The room that makes this house unique is the third bedroom with vaulted ceiling and a nice living room with TV and two designer sofas, and a comfortable padded double bed. Everything has been designed and created for the comfort and relaxation of our guests.

The house is very beautiful, large, clean, equipped with everything and tastefully furnished. The ceilings are decorated with frescoes. There is a TV in every room. The one in the living room is very large!! In the bedroom there is also a topper on the mattress! It is located near Piazza dei Cavalieri (right in the center).
